Nash Automotive — Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to detailing, cleaning, paint correction, protection and related services provided by Nash Automotive.
1. Quotes and pricing
Prices displayed on the website are starting prices only. Final pricing may change based on vehicle size, condition, contamination, access, location and the exact service requested. A final quote or confirmation will be provided before work begins where practical.
2. Customer responsibilities
The customer must provide reasonable access to the vehicle and advise us of known damage, aftermarket modifications, fragile items, previous repairs or other conditions that may affect the service.
3. Results
Detailing, stain removal, paint correction and restoration results vary according to the age and condition of the vehicle and the materials involved. We will use reasonable care, but some defects or stains may not be fully removable.
4. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due when the service is completed. Card, cash or another agreed payment method may be accepted.
5. Cancellations and access
Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking. Additional travel, access or waiting costs may apply where a job cannot reasonably proceed because the required access or conditions are unavailable.
6. Watercraft and specialist vehicles
Boats, jetskis, 4WDs and specialist vehicles may require an inspection or revised quote before work begins.
